Generally I scan your aura to determine colors, focuses, and what it means. I define aura points by chakras for clarity usually.
Spirit guides come in many forms. Some are angels, some are past relatives or pets, some are extra terrestrial, some come from other pantheons. It is required to keep an open mind!
